My Story
I Know What It Feels Like to Lose Yourself
For years, my life was built around everyone else. I was the one who showed up, held it together, and made sure everyone had what they needed. I was proud of that. But one day I looked up and realized I couldn't answer a simple question: What do I actually want?
That question started everything. Slowly, gently, I began paying attention to what lit me up and what quietly drained me. I gave myself permission to like things, to dislike things, and to say so out loud.
Now I walk alongside women in that same season, helping them rediscover who they are and build a life of purpose that finally feels like their own. You don't have to figure it out alone.
